RECEPTION
Reception for check-in is located in 159, Legnago street, Verona.
Opening time: 9: 00-12: 30/15: 30-20: 00.
The reception welcomes guests, from information, is available for any secretarial services.

»Arrivals: every day from 15:30 to 20:00. Last check-in at 20:00.

It is not possible to arrive on Sunday, except by prior arrangement with Reception.
»Departures: before 10 am

We ask the kindness of all our guests to provide a mobile number at the time of booking and to advise on arrival time. For an arrival after 19.00 we ask the courtesy to notify us at least 2 days before.

PRICES
The price varies depending on the number of people occupying the apartment and the number of nights booked. The price is for room only.

Tourist tax: € 2.50 per person and per day – is calculated separately.

We accept payments: bank transfer, cash *, debit card, credit card – visa and master.

* From December 6, 2011, according to Legislative Decree 201/2011, it is no longer allowed in Italy to pay amounts exceeding € 999.99 in cash.

GENERAL INFORMATIONS
• Pets allowed only on request! The supplement of Euro 10.00 per day is provided without food.
• We will gladly book the desired room. We can not confirm the room number.
• Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.

Discounts for families with children / extra beds.
Children up to 3 years staying in the parents’ bed stay free (the cost of the cot, complete with sheets and anti-suffocation pillow per night is 9.00 euros).
Extra bed in the apartment for children from 4 to 11 years -25.00 euros per night.
Extra bed in the apartment for children aged 12 and above and adults -35.00 euros per night.

PAYMENT RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION TERMS
For to  confirm a reservation  it must be paid a deposit that amounts to 50% (30% for the period of Fairs or holidays) of the total  price of the reservation and which is not refundable under any circumstances.
The deposit will be refunded in full if the cancellation is made 7 days before the arrival date (21 days during the period of the Fairs and holidays). In case of early departure or late arrival, the amount of the empty beds will be charged.

The paid deposit is non-refundable. Failure to stay overnight or reduce the days and number of people confirmed, if not communicated with at least 7 days notice (21 days during the period of Fairs and holidays), will result in the payment of the full amount.

 To confirm rent ( reservation long stay)must be paid a deposit equal to the agreed security deposit. The security deposit will be returned upon departure, deducting the final cleaning costs.
The cancellation of the rent must be communicated at least with 30 days. of notice. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the security deposit paid at the time of booking.

On case when  requested deposit is not received by the deadline indicated in the correspondence, we will be forced to cancel the booking / confirmation of long stay/rent.
